Jack Hardiker-Bresson – Co-Director

Award-winning artist, creative director and researcher. Jack leads Office of Everyone, a collaborative practice pioneering new, more equitable ways to tell great stories. He is a Tutor (Research) at the Royal College of Art and PhD candidate at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Sharon Clark – Co-Director

Award-winning writer for theatre/screen and a dramaturg. Sharon is Creative Director of immersive company Raucous and a research academic at University of the West of England. Her work has won a Bruntwood Judge’s Prize for Playwriting and has been shortlisted for the Yale Drama Prize.

Do I need a separate ticket for The Whale?

Yes. Tickets for The Whale are required and are priced the same as standard FRAMELESS admission. Each ticket includes access to all Galleries during your visit.

What are the performance times?

Thursday 6th March – 6:30pm, 8:30pm (Lates)
Friday 7th March – 2:30pm, 4:00pm (daytime), 6:00pm, 8:00pm (Lates)
Saturday 8th March – 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm (daytime)

How long is the experience?

The Whale lasts approximately 25 minutes.

The performance takes place in the Blank Canvas Gallery at FRAMELESS, located at 6 Marble Arch, London W1H 7AP, just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park.

What age is The Whale suitable for?

The experience is recommended for ages 12 and up. Younger audiences may attend at parental discretion.

What will I experience in The Whale?

Step inside a reimagining of Moby-Dick through live performance, 180° projections, a physical set, spatial sound, an original score, and interactive creative captioning. The Whale transforms viewers into active participants in an immersive theatre world.

Is the experience accessible for deaf, deafened and hard of hearing audiences?

Yes. The Whale features spatial creative captioning woven directly into the environment, developed with and for deaf, deafened and hard of hearing audiences.

Can I explore the Galleries before or after the performance?

Yes. Your ticket includes full access to the FRAMELESS Galleries after your scheduled performance.
