Please be aware that unless agreed in advance, it will not be possible for pupils to eat packed lunches onsite during Flexi Tours.
If cancelled if less than 7 days before the date – you will be charged 20% of the original price, unless your booking is swapped to an alternative agreed date. Cancelation fees are to cover administration costs.
Please be aware that if you are late for your appointed time, your tour may have to be shortened or rearranged.
If Frameless needs to cancel due to urgent and unforeseen circumstances, schools will be able to swap their booking to an alternative date or will be entitled to a full refund.
