Flexi Bookings:
Cancellation Policy
- A standard group booking for a Flexi tour will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the original price if cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date, unless the booking is rescheduled to an alternative agreed date.
- Cancellation fees are applied to cover administrative costs.
Late Arrivals
- Late arrivals may result in the tour being shortened or rearranged.
Cancellations by FRAMELESS
- If FRAMELESS cancels a tour due to urgent or unforeseen circumstances, schools may reschedule their booking to an alternative date or receive a full refund.

Guided Bookings:
Cancellation Policy for Standard Bookings
- Standard group bookings for guided tours will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the original price if cancelled less than 6 weeks before the scheduled date.
- If a replacement booking of similar value is made, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Cancellation Policy for Large Group Bookings
- Large group bookings (75+ participants) will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the original price if cancelled less than 6 weeks before the event.
- If a replacement booking of similar value is made, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Changes to Group Size
- If the group size decreases by more than 35% less than 6 weeks before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the original price for the cancelled allocation will apply.
- If the cancelled allocation is replaced by another group of similar value, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Late Arrivals
- Late arrivals may result in the tour being shortened or rearranged.
- Lunch slots (if booked) may also be forfeited.
