The minimum group size is 20 students (incl. staff and pupils). We recommend a staff ratio of 1:10. We can take groups of up to 200 across a session, but this is subject to availability.
Your booking request is only guaranteed once we have processed your enquiry and confirmed this with you in writing. We strongly advise monitoring your emails for confirmation of your booking from us before scheduling any travel/visit plans. We endeavour to reply to all enquiries within 3 working days.
It is possible to book a space to eat packed lunches as part of our guided tour offer, but this needs be agreed by and confirmed by the venue in advance.
