Terms & Conditions for Group Visits in 2025

  1. A contract shall be deemed to be made under the Terms and Conditions set out herein between Frameless London Limited (the Company) and the Purchasing Agent (the Client) when the Client has issued its booking requirements in writing to the Company on the form provided and the Company has subsequently accepted such booking in writing (see clause 2). Both the Client and those on whose behalf they may be making such booking (Third Parties) shall act in compliance with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions at all times. Entry is subject to the Company standard Terms & Conditions of Entry, a copy of which can be provided on request and the Client shall therefore be required to bring these Terms and Conditions promptly to the attention of any and all Third Parties for this purpose.
  2. Requests for an Order must be made in writing to the Company, at least 48hrs in advance of the booking request, as there is a capacity by timeslot. When a request is made by the Customer, Frameless shall issue a quotation in respect of such Order based on the information provided by the Customer. Any quotation provided by Frameless is given on the basis that it is not an offer capable of acceptance and is only valid for a period of 10 business days from its date of issue.
  3. The Company reserves the right to deny group booking requests. To protect the premium gallery experience for all, where possible we encourage groups to book our first timeslot of the day (Monday – Thursday). Groups of 30 or more will be asked to visit during our first timeslot of the day and may be denied entry outside of these hours. Groups of 30 or more will also be asked to split up upon arrival to ensure the experience for all is not impacted. All educational group bookings will now be accepted Monday to Thursdays (excluding school holidays) at 11:00am, with all students/children having 90 minutes to enjoy the galleries before departing the galleries at 12:30pm. For primary school-aged children our recommended adult: child ratio is 1:10 for groups of 15 or more.
  4. The rates quoted are applicable for both individuals and groups who are reserved and guaranteed by the Client (Tour Operator or DMC). They are valid from 1st January 2025 until 31st December 2025 and include VAT at 20%. The recommended visit duration to Frameless is 1h30 to 2h.
  5. Provided that the payment schedule detailed in paragraph 6 is met, the Company will deliver tickets in advance via digital methods to the Client. All packages and/or tickets are offered subject to availability.
  6. The Company payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. Payments should be made by bank transfer. The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts which transgress its payment terms.
  7. Bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 14 days prior to entry. Bookings cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to entry, will be charged at 50%. Any booking cancelled less than 7 days prior to entry will be charged at 100%.
  8. The Client may not sell at a price below the Company rack rate. Child rates apply from 3-15 years of age, inclusive. Children under 3 years of age are free of charge but will still require a ticket. For groups, we provide 1 free place to every 20 paying, with the lowest value ticket in the group being offered free of charge (i.e. 21st ticket is free). The group minimum is 15.
  9. The Company will use its best endeavours to ensure that the benefits detailed in the agreed packages are adhered to. On occasions, the Company may need to take certain times and bookings off-sale, due to events or upgrades. In such cases, it will endeavour to give the Client as much notice as possible and work together to identify suitable alternative dates/times.
  10. If the Client advises the Company in writing within 48 hours of the replacement dates/times being unacceptable then the Company will cancel the Client’s booking and refund the full payment made as full and final settlement of the cancelled booking.
  11. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, death, injury or damage howsoever caused to any person or property, except where such loss, death, injury or damage is as a direct result of the negligence of the Company. Any claim to which legal liability is established shall not include damages for indirect or consequential loss.
  12.  The Client shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless against all claims, demands or causes of action, including damages and reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of the on-sale or distribution to Third Parties by the Client of the tickets and/or packages referred to herein.
  13. The Client may request up-to-date Company assets for promotional use which will be provided free of a licence fee by contacting [email protected]. The assets are provided subject to any proposed collateral being submitted by the Client to the Company for approval in advance.
  14. These Terms and Conditions set out the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior proposal, agreement or understanding, whether written or oral.
  15. The Company and the Client shall, in respect of all activities contemplated under the provisions hereof, be independent contractors, and nothing herein shall constitute, or be deemed to constitute, a partnership or joint venture between them.
  16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law (without reference to English conflict of law rules) and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
