Accessibility

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

FRAMELESS is committed to creating experiences that are accessible to as many visitors as possible. The whole building is wheelchair accessible, including our toilets and Café Bar. We are centrally located with step free transport links close by.

On occasion there may be short queues to enter the building. If you are not able to queue or need further assistance, please approach the front desk and inform the Front of House team of this so that they can support you.

Whilst there is no strobe lighting in any of the main 4 galleries, the experience does contain moving images and changes in light that may affect some people (including flashes of lightning in ‘The World Around us’). There will be music playing in each of the four galleries. The music in each is a different style and can peak at above 85 decibels. Ear defenders are available to those that may be affected; please ask a member of our staff for assistance.

To help prepare you for your trip to FRAMELESS, we have prepared an easy read and visual guide below which details everything you need to know about your visit.
