ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Frameless.

We are always striving to provide the best support for visitors who require assistance.

The information below shows how you can get the most from your visit to Frameless and our FAQ page answers some of the most commonly asked questions.

CHILLED EXPERIENCES

Chilled experiences, with reduced capacity, are open to all but are created especially for people with additional needs who may find public events challenging. This includes people with an autistic spectrum condition, learning disability or sensory or communication disorders. Within the ‘Chilled Experience’ sessions, there will also be tailored BSL and audio description tours running at specific times on these days.

We aim to create an atmosphere where everyone feels safe to enjoy the experience as they wish. We reduce our capacity which means more room for wheelchairs and more space for comfort.

Visitors are welcome to walk around the experience as they please and make noise as they wish throughout. Certain elements of the experience are also adapted to suit the audience. Our team will be there to support; loud noises are minimised and low level lighting is included to avoid complete darkness.

There will be bean bags, sensory toys and activities in the galleries, with chill out spaces nearby. Our friendly team are there to welcome you.

Dates for 2023 Chilled Experiences will be available here soon. Tickets must be booked in advance via Ticketmaster and they are eligible for an accompanying complimentary carer’s ticket which must be booked at the same time.
