CVs are invited from suitably qualified art historians who would be interested in delivering ad hoc art talks throughout the year (day time and evening) for a variety of visitor groups to Frameless. Please include your desired hourly rate together with your preference and general availability for day time or evening work. Note that references will be required.
Our Retail Assistants deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the experience visitors receive by promoting our premium products which are available from our thoughtfully curated Gift Shop. You will be service-orientated and target driven with a natural flair for building a rapport with visitors and confident and enthusiastic when promoting our range of items.
Your role will be based in our Gift Shop. In addition, you are likely to be tasked with selling our souvenir brochure in the gallery spaces. You will be a natural storyteller, able to provide extensive information about our products, many of which are exclusive to Frameless.
As a quality visitor attraction, Our Front of House Assistants deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the experience our visitors receive. Equally, as the first point of contact for visitors our FoH team are welcoming and knowledgeable about the experience. Guiding and helping visitors through the galleries, selling tickets to our walk-up guests, and providing cloakroom services. You may also work in our Gift Shop, selling our amazing products to visitors once they have finished their gallery experience. Full training will be provided for all areas of responsibility. Whilst this is an entry level role, it is pivotal one and a key part of the Frameless experience.
