FRAMELESS Gift Cards

Gift cards can only be used for FRAMELESS Flexi, Family Flexi and Lates tickets.

FRAMELESS Flexi is flexible entry ticket that allows you to visit FRAMELESS at any time on your selected date, giving you the freedom to arrive when it suits you.

FRAMELESS Family Flexi is a flexible family ticket for two adults and two children, offering the same freedom to visit at any time on your chosen date while saving compared with individual ticket prices.

FRAMELESS Lates is an adults-only evening ticket offering after-hours access to FRAMELESS on a Friday or Saturday, 6pm–10pm, with drinks permitted throughout the galleries for a relaxed evening experience.

To redeem your gift card, visit our Ticketmaster gift card redemption page, select your preferred visit date and ticket type, and proceed to the payment step during checkout. Click “Add > Gift Card,” enter the 16-digit card number and 3-digit PIN, and click apply.

For an e-Gift Card, the security number/PIN will be contained in the PDF that you receive by email once you follow the link to collect your e-Gift Card.

Gift cards can only be redeemed online.

If your gift card balance is less than the total cost, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method at checkout.

Yes, gift cards expire 12 months after purchase. The expiry date is set when the card is purchased. If you need to check your cards expiry date, you can find it by using the balance check page.
