Presented as part of the RCA2026 Festival of Communication, TRACES brings together a selection of immersive digital works by graduating students from the Royal College of Art’s MA Digital Direction programme.
Exploring the relationship between people, technology and the natural world, the exhibition considers how memory, identity and cultural stories are shaped and carried across generations. Through moving image, sound, digital games, motion capture, AI-assisted storytelling and immersive installations, the featured artists examine the ways we connect with each other and the world around us.
Hosted in FRAMELESS’ Blank Canvas Gallery for one night only, TRACES offers a glimpse into the next generation of digital artists pushing the boundaries of immersive storytelling and contemporary creative technology.
