Be amongst the first to experience our remastered Surrealist Gallery this Easter.
This spring, experience Beyond Reality like never before as we unveil the remastered Gallery. With eight refreshed masterpieces and a brand new addition, Odilon Redon’s ‘The Cyclops’, this immersive journey invites you to step inside some of the most surreal and visionary artworks in history.
In collaboration with BAFTA award-winning digital production studio Cinesite, Beyond Reality has been reimagined using cutting-edge animation, soundscapes, and projection mapping. The result? A six-walled, mirrored Gallery that blurs the boundaries between reality and imagination.
Redon’s ‘The Cyclops’ makes its FRAMELESS debut, drawing you into a dreamlike world where a towering yet gentle giant gazes upon a shy woman. Inspired by Redon’s signature style, floating monochrome balloon eyes drift above, dice tumble playfully, and vibrant colours burst into motion, creating an awe-inspiring spectacle.
Alongside this new addition, eight other masterpieces have been transformed to enhance their immersive storytelling. From Salvador Dalí’s ‘The Persistence of Memory’, where melting clocks bend the laws of time, to Hieronymus Bosch’s ‘Garden of Earthly Delights’, a fantastical landscape of hybrid creatures and oversized fruit, every piece is designed to make you feel more from the art.
Lose yourself in Edvard Munch’s ‘The Scream’ as its haunting energy pulses through the space, or plunge into the ocean’s depths with Thomas Lowinsky’s ‘The Dawn of Venus’, where marine life dances in a hypnotic underwater symphony. Beyond Reality also features iconic works by Gustav Klimt, Henri Rousseau, Max Ernst, and another Dalí favourite, ‘The Elephants’, each brought to life in stunning new ways.
Are you ready to go beyond the canvas and into the surreal? Visit FRAMELESS and immerse yourself in the reimagined Beyond Reality Gallery this Easter.
