As the soundscape expands and the visual world evolves around you, let your breath become both anchor and accelerator. Let colours bloom, particles swirl into being, and dissolve into new forms of consciousness.
The experience plays on a continuous loop, allowing visitors to enter, exit and re-enter freely as part of their wider visit to FRAMELESS’ Galleries.
Breathpod is on a mission to usher in a new wave of consciousness through breathwork and music. The app, founded by globally recognised breathing expert and performance coach Stuart Sandeman, was created to help people feel calmer, clearer and more centered in their everyday lives. Blending breathing techniques with carefully chosen music and neuroscience, Breathpod sessions shift how you feel in just a few minutes – helping you reset, focus or unwind while opening access to deeper clarity and expanded awareness.
Breathpod’s work has reached global audiences through collaborations with brands including Nike, Google and Spotify, as well as through Stuart’s BBC Radio 1 show and bestselling book Breathe In, Breathe Out.

Supporting the creation of this experience is zeal, lighting and visual production specialists behind live shows and events for artists such as Barry Can’t Swim, Bicep and Tom Grennan. Blending artistic design with engineering precision, they deliver ambitious visuals across major stages, exhibitions and immersive experiences.
You’re free to wander in and out. The experience loops continuously, with a defined start and end to each cycle.
You can experience Enter The Breathpod however you prefer. Follow the guided breathwork for the optimal journey, or simply enjoy the immersive visuals, soundscape and atmosphere at your own pace.
No, participation is optional. You’re welcome to simply observe and enjoy the art and sound.
FRAMELESS is situated in the very heart of London’s West End cultural district. Housed within the newly developed Marble Arch Place, it’s located at the meeting point of Oxford Street, Mayfair and Hyde Park.
