During Your Visit

  • Unfortunately at this time we cannot accommodate space for your group to have lunch within the venue.
  • FRAMELESS will be open for other visitors during your self-guided tour. We ask that all patrons respect one another so that the experience can be enjoyed by all.
  • School groups are subject to our general Conditions of Entry.

Cancellation Policy

  • School group bookings are non-refundable.
  • If unable to attend on your reserved date, please contact [email protected] at least 72hrs before your visit date to discuss your options.

Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in the tour being shortened or rearranged.

Cancellations by FRAMELESS

  • If FRAMELESS cancels a tour due to urgent or unforeseen circumstances, schools may reschedule their booking to an alternative date or receive a full refund.
