These terms and conditions apply to all FRAMELESS Membership packages. By purchasing or using a Membership, the Member agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. General Information
- Standard FRAMELESS Terms and Conditions of Entry apply to all Membership visits.
- Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Memberships are available as a standalone purchase via the FRAMELESS website or as an upgrade from a standard direct entry ticket at the Box Office.
- Discounted, trade, or promotional tickets are not eligible for upgrades.
- Memberships allow entry to FRAMELESS London during standard opening hours, subject to availability.
- Memberships are non-transferable. The named Member must be present throughout each visit. Proof of identity may be required.
- FRAMELESS reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Membership product or its benefits at any time without explanation.
- This membership only applies to Frameless London, 6 Marble Arch, London W1H 7EJ and may not be used at any other Frameless experience.
2. Membership Packages and Pricing*
Standalone Membership Prices:
- Annual Membership: £60
- Adult + 1 Annual Membership: £120
- Adult + 2 Annual Membership: £180
- Adult + 3 Annual Membership: £240
Upgrade Prices (available only on the day of visit):
- Annual Membership Upgrade: £31
- Adult + 1 Annual Membership Upgrade: £61
- Adult + 2 Annual Membership Upgrade: £91
- Adult + 3 Annual Membership Upgrade: £122
*Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Upgrades allow visitors who have purchased a standard direct entry ticket to pay the difference between that ticket and the cost of the selected Membership. Discounted, trade, or promotional tickets are excluded.
3. Member Entry and Booking
- To enter using a Membership, Members can prebook their visit on the FRAMELESS website using their Membership email address.
- Walk-in Members will be accommodated subject to availability.
- Members must present both their prebooked ticket and digital Membership card on arrival.
- The Membership is valid only for the named Member and any additional guests included in their Membership package. Proof of identity may be required.
4. Digital Membership Card
- All Members will receive a digital Membership card.
- The digital Membership card must be presented alongside a valid ticket for entry.
- It is the Member’s responsibility to keep their digital Membership card secure.
5. Membership Usage
- Members enjoy unlimited entry to FRAMELESS for one year from the date of purchase.
- Memberships are valid only for general admission and may not include access to special events, workshops, or third-party activities unless explicitly stated.
- The named Member must accompany all additional guests included in their Membership package.
6. Non-Transferability and Misuse
Memberships may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
FRAMELESS reserves the right to revoke a Membership, without refund, if it is misused or if the Member breaches these terms.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Membership purchases and upgrades are non-refundable.
FRAMELESS reserves the right to change or suspend Membership benefits, opening hours, or access in exceptional circumstances.
8. Amendments
FRAMELESS may update these Terms and Conditions as required. Any changes will be published on the FRAMELESS website.
