How the Offer Works
A valid promotional code may be used to redeem 10% off either:
- 1 Adult Ticket, or
- 1 Child Ticket
The discount may be redeemed:
- Online at checkout, or
- In person at the FRAMELESS ticket desk
Terms & Conditions
- The offer applies to standard admission tickets only.
- The discount is valid on one ticket per transaction only.
- The offer may be used against one Adult Ticket or one Child Ticket, but not multiple tickets within the same booking.
- Promotional codes are single use only and become invalid after redemption.
- The offer cannot be used against family tickets, flexi tickets, memberships, gift cards, special events, group bookings, or any other discounted ticket types unless otherwise stated.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, concession, or promotional code.
- The offer is valid for general daytime admission only and does not include FRAMELESS Lates.
- Promotional codes are valid only during the period stated at the time of issue.
- Lost, expired, or duplicated codes cannot be replaced.
- Promotional codes may not be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
- FRAMELESS reserves the right to reject any code that appears invalid, duplicated, altered, or fraudulently obtained.
- FRAMELESS reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend this offer and these Terms & Conditions at any time where necessary.
- All tickets remain subject to FRAMELESS general ticket terms and admission policies.
